Shipping & Returns


We ship to all 50 States and to most countries in the world. 

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and transit delivery times may vary by your location.

Currently, orders are being shipped Monday - Friday, no shipping on US public holidays. Shipping prices are calculated by the weight of your item (s) and your shipping location. Insurance is included. 


Please note that Import duties, such as VAT or Import taxes and any additional charges are your responsibility and not included in the price or shipping charges. 


We offer Free Standard Shipping for US Domestic Orders totaling $ 150+


All of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and tracking information is provided when your order has been fulfilled. You can track your package by logging into your account or going to and entering the tracking number provided.

Buyers Responsibiliy 

EVELLON Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it has been received by the US Postal Service. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address when making a purchase. Once your order is placed, we are not able to ship to an alternate address. 


We accept payment by credit card or PayPal.


All Tennessee state residents are subject to 7% sales tax.


We're confident that you'll love your purchase from EVELLON Vintage. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and it meets all of the following criteria, we will happily accept your return on modern items. This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 2 day delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.


  • Before proceeding with any return, you must CONTACT US  within 48 hours of your item being delivered, for a customer return number. NO store credit or exchanges will be given without this number. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered. Item has to be postmarked within 5 business of return shipment.
  • Returned item(s) must be received by us within 8 days (15 days for international customers) from the day in which they were received by you.  
  • Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.
  • Store credit or exchange only can be offered after the item arrives back to EVELLON VINTAGE.
  • Promotional purchase and On Sale items, are final sales and cannot be returned. A promotional purchase is considered a purchase using a coupon code or Free Shipping delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If original tags are present, they must not be removed. We cannot accept for return any item that has been worn, laundered, altered, or damaged after you received it.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on return items. We don't refund shipping charges or any VAT/customs charges.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged packages during the return process.  Please insure that the package you're returning has proper tracking and necessary insurance. International returns MUST be shipped with tracking information.
  • Please allow 7 days for store credits/exchanges to be processed.

 The following items are EXCLUDED from our Return Policy with NO exception:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Sale Items
  • Items Sold "As Is" (mostly delicate items and/or prior 1930 and lace items)
  • Vintage Items


Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. In case your store credit is expiring, we will remind you per e-mail. Extensions are only possible on a case to case basis.


We charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase returned for an exchange or store credit if contacted within 48 hours and postmarked within 5 business days of return agreement. Items postmarked after 5 business days of agreement will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
